I knew Miss Francis when I was growing up in Hiroshima. My father was the mission chairman, and we lived at headquarters, so she would come and stay at our home. My favorite picture of her is me showing her I can read. I used to bring her my dolls and she would pray for them one by one, that they would grow up to be lovers of God and people, and sharers of the Gospel.
